The truth about CHOCOLATE....

haaa haii....today aku mau share tntng coklat...like this arr...eating chocolate in moderation (sedang2)..hheheheh ngam kah juga ayat aku ne..hantam lah....hehheh
makan 3 bars jak untuk 1 bulan...cukup kah?? untuk aku cukup untk release tension...eating chocolate has no adverse lah on our health and make it part of a balanced diet..hehheheh..and of course dont 4get to xcercise regularly..mcm lah aku buat,.....heemm,...hhehe




almost everyone laike chocolate kan?mana tdknya kita blh jadi chocolate sebagai hadiah and boleh kita makan.heheh...but people kan just hate the guilt thats come with it..jom aku shsre dgn korank apa kebaikan chocolate ne...ikut magazine yg aku baca lah aa...ok ok..bagi sesipa yang suka makn coklat ne...(yang sedang2 lah) means x selalu,dorank he has are well balanced diet and they r probably happier and more content with their lives melainkan siapa yg tidak memakan coklat..




chocolate xkan buat kita gemuk..in fact..no single food can be call fattening..ehhh adalha KFC tuh, tapi itu kalau mkn selalu..haaa benda satu lagi yg buat gemuk is NASI....perggh..
chocolate juga boleh mencegah kita daripada menghadapi heart disease bg melindungi semua sel2 dalam badan manusia...



chocolate juga mengadungi nutrisi seperti zinc,iron,calcium,magnesium and riboflavin and niacin,,(apa jak ne nnti aku tnya my mum)..hehhe, and it also include teh anti-oxidants which is can slow down the normal ageing process in the human body...oklah itu jak yg aku blh hurai dalam article yang aku baca dalm magezine tuh...

P/S : in other words eating chocolate is truly cheap yet pleasurable xperience, and the bad news is that more WOMEN reportedly prefer chocolate to sex!
